The Project
This project involves merging two neighboring buildings in the heart of Antwerp to create a unique development featuring 10 unique apartments, studios, lofts, and penthouses, all featuring pleasant outdoor spaces, city views, and a shared rooftop terrace.
The challenge is to bring two separate structures together into one cohesive project, almost from scratch, while maximizing the 600m2 of space in each building. For me, this project is special not only because of its prime location—close to the highway, city center, and shops—but also because it marks my first major development in the city I know and love.
The result will be sustainable, thoughtfully designed homes in the middle of Antwerp, that contribute to the cityʼs vibrant future.

Arcadía refers to a place known for its peace and serenity, often envisioned as an idyllic land where humans live in harmony with nature, away from the hustle and conflicts of the outside world. This is precisely what we aim to create with this project: an oasis of peace in the heart of Antwerp city.
