The Project

This project is currently transforming an old school building in Lier into six unique boutique lofts. The challenge is to preserve the building's authentic elements—like its big windows and high ceilings—while introducing new structures that maximize the available space.

Having grown up in Lier, attended school here, and started playing football on these grounds, this project holds a special place in my heart. Each loft will balance individuality with a sense of community, offering a peaceful haven near the water and the city center.

The result will be a small, vibrant community within a beautifully restored building.
