This historic house in Liège, facing the water and just steps from the university, is being transformed into three high-end apartments. The challenge was to subdivide the four-story home, complete with a basement, into unique living spaces while maintaining its charm and maximizing its prime location.
Each apartment offers something special: one with a private patio, another with open views of the water, and the third featuring a rooftop terrace.
